Los miembros de la Junta Directiva que decretaren una inversión de los fondos de la Caja distinta de la que señalan la Ley y este Decreto, pagaran cada uno una multa igual al doble de la suma invertida independientemente, que será decretada por el Ministerio de Gobierno, sin prejuicio de que se le deduzcan las demás responsabilidades en que hubiere incurrido.
