LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.4.1.4.Publicidad de las ternas. Las hojas de vida de los integrantes de las ternas de cada sector se publicarán en la página web de la Presidencia de la República por un lapso de diez (10) días calendario, contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la terna, con el fin de que cualquier ciudadano presente sus observaciones sobre los candidatos.

La Secretaría de Transparencia evaluará las observaciones que se envíen sobre dichas hojas de vida.
