La petición o querella se presentará en los mismos términos del denuncio criminal y la autoridad que la reciba deberá cerciorarse de la identidad del querellante. Si fuere verbal, el acta correspondiente deberán suscribirla el querellante o su apoderado especial o su representante legal, el funcionario y su Secretario.
