El Banco Rumano de Comercio Exterior y el Banco de la República de Colombia establecerán por acuerdo mutuo, el procedimiento técnico necesario para el efectivo funcionamiento del Convenio. Al entrar en vigencia el presente Convenio, dejará de regir el Convenio entre la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia y Prodexport (Compañía Estatal para el Comercio Exterior) de Rumania, firmado en 1959. El saldo pendiente en el momento de la finalización del Convenio vigente, será transferido a las cuentas de que trata el artículo 11.
