º . Los derechos de faros y boyas de que trata el artículo 1º del Decreto número 732 de 1979, se pagarán a las tarifas establecidas en el mismo en dólares de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, convertidos en moneda legal colombiana a la tasa de cambio representativa del mercado, informada por la Superintendencia Bancaria para la fecha en que se efectúe el respectivo pago, la cual corresponde a la del día hábil inmediatamente anterior.
