Art. 204. Cuando la tercería fuere excluyente, las prueba en que aquélla se funde debe ser el título ó documento que, conforme á la Ley civil vigente cuando se adquirió el dominio de la cosa que se reclama, ó el derecho en ella, era necesario para adquirir el dominio de la cosas, ó el derecho cuyo reconocimiento se pide.
