El Gobierno Nacional - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público- de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo vigésimo segundo de la Ley 7º de 1986, convendrá con el Banco de la República las modificaciones al contrato de administración fiduciaria, garantía y edición de los TAN celebrado el 15 de noviembre de 1984 y al otrosí suscrito por las partes el 12 de noviembre de 1985, para adecuarlo a los términos de la referida ley y del presente Decreto.
