ARTICULO 212. Fianzas. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que por razón de las funciones que le sean encomendadas deban constituir fianza, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca el valor de la prima que por la garantía correspondiente cobre la entidad aseguradora, salvo en el caso de la póliza a que se refiere el artículo 59 de este Decreto.
