Parágrafo

al artículo 1° del Decreto 3767 del 21 de octubre de 2005: “

Parágrafo 4

Las bolsas de valores podrán establecer en los estatutos sociales cualquier número máximo de miembros de sus consejos directivos, aún cuando la bolsa respectiva inscriba en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE) valores emitidos por ella”.
