Ejecución . El Programa de desmonte progresivo será adoptado voluntariamente por el máximo órgano social de la entidad vigilada y sometido por el representante legal a aprobación de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Con base en lo anterior las entidades a las cuales les sea autorizada la medida podrán realizar cualquier acto y/o negocio jurídico que conduzca a la salvaguarda, protección y devolución de los recursos del SGSSS, a la recuperación y manejo de sus recursos para atender el pago de las obligaciones y la operación del desmonte.
