Los Secretarios de los Juzgados, Tribunales Superiores y Administrativos, Corte Suprema de Justicia y Consejo de Estado que no cumplieren con la obligación que les impone el Articulo 175 de la Ley 40 de 1907 , incurrirán por la primera vez en una multa equivalente a la séptima parte de su sueldo mensual y en las reincidencias en una equivalente a la quinta parte del mismo.

Estas multas las hará efectivas en cada caso la autoridad política correspondiente.
