La Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación deberá negar la solicitud de inscripción, cuando no se provea la información requerida o formulada en los reglamentos de dicho organismo de conformidad con los requisitos establecidos en la presente ley, o cuando el solicitante no reúna las calidades para hacer parte del mismo, de conformidad con los requisitos establecidos en su reglamento de la entidad
