Créase el Centro Experimental de Investigación Amazónica, como dependencia de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, y para el efecto el Gobierno Nacional apropiará, dentro del presupuesto de la Universidad Nacional, la partida necesaria para el sostenimiento de dicho Centro de Investigación.
