Si el Departamento de Nariño resolviere emprender por su propia cuenta la construcción del ramal c), podrá utilizar el trazado contratado por el Gobierno y tendrá derecho a una subvención de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) por kilómetro, que se tomará preferentemente del tanto por ciento que a la Nación corresponda en la explotación de los hidrocarburos a que se refiere la presente Ley.
