Negativa de la concesión . En el evento de que la petición original y las alternativas resulten contrarias a la ley, al Plan de Expansión Portuaria, o que tengan un impacto ambiental adverso que pueda causar un daño ecológico, u ofrezca inconvenientes que no puedan ser remediados, el Superintendente General de Puertos resolverá negativamente la solicitud de concesión mediante resolución motivada. Dicha providencia, deberá notificarse en la forma establecida por el Decreto 01 de 1984, a quienes hubieren intervenido en la actuación.
