La autoridad de la comunidad o grupo indígena beneficiario de una licencia especial, deberá rendir al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, a través de la División de Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno, en formulario breve y simplificado, un informe sobre la cantidad de mineral explotado durante cada año de la licencia. Este informe se presentará dentro de los dos primeros meses del año siguiente.
