El Gobierno procederá a construír un edificio nacional en la ciudad de Montería, del Departamento de Bolívar, con destino a las oficinas públicas que funcionan en dicha ciudad.
Autorízase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos necesarios a fin de dar cumplimiento a esta disposición, en el caso de que no sean incluídas estas partidas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
