Artículo séptimo. El Fondo Rotatorio creado por el Decreto-Ley 577 de 1967, continuará funcionando en la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios con la suma de veinte mil pesos ($20.000.00). El ordenador será el Secretario General y el Control Fiscal corresponde al Auditor del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
