Si vencido este término no apareciere la demostración de que el interesado conserva la propiedad sobre la mina de que se trate, se cancelará la matrícula correspondiente. Pero si el interesado la recupera en la forma y casos previstos en el Código de Minas, esa recuperación surtirá todos sus efectos y se hará constar en la partida correspondiente. Pero para que esto tenga lugar, es necesario que el interesado demuestre en la mina de que se trata no ha sido restaurada por terceras personas.
