Artículo l.° Autorízase á las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional de Circuito situadas en capital de Departamento para que sí el Gobernador respectivo lo juzgare necesario, y lo ordenare, establecen cada cual una agencia particular de expendio de las indicadas especies, en los mismos términos en que conforme al Decreto número 623 de 1909, artículo 26, están establecidas las de Bogotá
