° El Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", de conformidad con el artículo 25 del Decreto extraordinario número 1050 de 1968 y con el artículo 16 del Decreto número 3130 del mismo año, estará dirigido por una Junta Directiva que sustituye al Comité Ejecutivo y a la Junta Administradora previstos en los Decretos números 0290 de 1957 y 0622 de 1958, por un Director General y por los demás funcionarios que determinen los actos pertinentes de la Junta.
