Prelación prestaciones sociales. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto, tendrán en todo caso prelación en la efectividad de pagos de prestaciones reconocidas a aquellos que tengan carácter de unitarias como consecuencia de la muerte del causante en los casos de gran invalidez ocurridos en actos meritorios del servicio.
