Cobro al Fosyga de licencias de maternidad y/o paternidad. Las licencias de maternidad y/o paternidad que las EPS y las EOC cobran al Fosyga, así como las correcciones a licencias aprobadas o glosadas se presentarán al Fosyga el último día hábil de la tercera semana del mes. El Fosyga efectuará la validación para su reconocimiento dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la fecha de presentación. En todo caso, el cobro de dichas licencias por parte de las EPS y las EOC ante el Fosyga, deberá presentarse como máximo dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a su reconocimiento y pago.
