Clases de envase . La leche líquida higienizada con destino al consuno humano directo, deberá envasarse en cualquiera de los siguientes tipos de recipientes
Botellas de vidrio;
Bolsas de plástico grado alimenticio
De plasti-cartón
De cartón encerado
El Ministerio de Salud podrá autorizar el envasado de la leche en recipientes que garanticen su condición higiénico-sanitaria, distintos de los señalados en el presente Decreto.
