La Policía Aérea Nacional dependerá directamente de la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil.

El Gobierno reglamentará las relaciones para el mutuo apoyo entre la Policía Aérea y los demás servicios de Policía ordinaria del país, con el fin de mantener la unidad de mando y responsabilidad en el Capitán de aeródromo o aeropuerto.
