° Cuando los Jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas se ausenten en uso de vacaciones, tendrán derecho de recibir la partida mensual para gastos de su representación, siempre que su ausencia no sea mayor de treinta (30) días. Si se ausentaren por un tiempo mayor, solamente tendrán derecho a percibir el valor correspondiente a quince (15) días de gastos de representación y el resto de tales gastos le corresponderá al Encargado de Negocios ad interím en la proporción fijada en el artículo 6° de este Decreto.
