Artículo único. Trasládase del artículo 253, capítulo 45. Escuelas Militar y Superior de Guerra, personal y material, parágrafo 90, para el personal de Oficiales del Curso de Estado Mayor al artículo 237 del capítulo 42, Ministerio de Guerra, personal para pagar el personal que componga el Estado Mayor General, la suma de seis mil doscientos noventa y siete pesos cincuenta y cinco centavos ($6.297,55).
