De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 74 de la Ley 42 de 1923, y por haberse hecho cargo la Contraloría General de la fiscalización del servicio de giros postales, los cuatro empleados que hoy se ocupan del examen de las cuentas pasarán a formar parte de ese Departamento Administrativo. En la Oficina Central de Giros Postales quedarán, además del Jefe, el actual Tenedor de Libros y el Ayudante; pero a fin de que pueda terminarse el estudio de las cuentas pendientes, el traslado de los otros empleados se aplazará hasta el 16 de abril próximo.
