El artículo 304 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Inaplicabilidad de las clasificaciones arancelarias generales. Una clasificación arancelaria general solo puede dejar de aplicarse cuando una nueva clasificación así lo determine. En caso de existir dos (2) o más clasificaciones arancelarias generales de una misma mercancía, se aplicará la última clasificación que se hubiere publicado”.
