El artículo 201 quedará así: "Artículo 201. Se entiende por accidente de trabajo todo suceso imprevisto y repentino que sobrevenga por causa o con ocasión del trabajo y que produzca al trabajador una lesión orgánica o perturbación funcional permanente o pasajera, y que no haya sido provocado deliberadamente o por culpa grave de la víctima".
