Vigilancia y control especial a las entidades que se liquidaron. De manera permanente y especial la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud vigilará y controlará en forma continúa las entidades a que se refiere este Decreto para velar por el efectivo cumplimiento del mismo, función que podrá ser delegada, de acuerdo con las normas que rigen la Superintendencia, en cabeza de las direcciones seccionales o locales de salud, con el fin de garantizar la transparencia y oportunidad en el proceso de liquidación.
