Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00) moneda legal, para dotar de plantas eléctricas a los siguientes Corregimientos: Chuare, San Isidro, Zaragoza y Santa Ana, en el Municipio de López (Cauca); Santa María, San José, Santa Rosa, Coteje y San Bernardo, en el Municipio de Timbiquí (Cauca); Limones, San Antonio de Guajuí, Concepción de Guajuí, Belén, Calle Larga y El Rosario, en el Municipio de Guapi (Cauca).
