Art. 245. El alumno que pro faltas de asistencia y de lección, computadas las de todos los cursos ó clases que hubiere hecho, no alcanzare en un mismo año escolar a diez, y que además no tenga notas de mala conducta, tendrá derecho a un premio de primera clase.
