º Para introducir a Colombia, de acuerdo con el artículo 1.º de este Decreto, material de plantas (semillas, esquejes, yemas, bulbos, razomas, etc.), es requisito indispensable solicitar previamente la licencia del Departamento de Agricultura del Ministerio de Industrias, indicando la cantidad, procedencia y clase de los artículos, lugar de destino y punto por donde se vaya a hacer la importación, a menos que sean exportados por las casas o entidades a que se refiere el artículo 2.º
