ARTICULO 176. Separación temporal. El tiempo que el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional permanezca separado en forma temporal no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos de este Decreto. Durante dicho tiempo los Oficiales y Suboficiales separados no tendrán derecho a sueldo, primas ni prestaciones sociales pagaderos por la Policía Nacional.
