Autorízase al Ministerio de Hacienda para que dentro el menor término posible proceda á arrendar en licitación pública, en uno o varios lotes, la renta establecida por el Decreto número 253, de 15 de Diciembre de 1900, sobre pesca de perlas, corales, esponjas y algas marinas en las costas colombianas, ciñéndose en tal acto á lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 1,237, de 31 de Octubre de 1901.
