Necropsia y exhumación. Sin haber practicado la necropsia no se inhumará el cadáver, y si se hubiere inhumado sin ese requisito; se exhumará para cumplirlo, dando aviso a la persona encargada del lugar donde se hizo la inhumación. El funcionario de investigación identificará por los medios legales el lugar de la inhumación. Hecha la exhumación identificará el cadáver por los medios que estuvieren a su alcance y ordenará la necropsia.
