El producto liquido de este sorteo extraordinario se repartirá así: la mitad para la dotación del cuerpo de bomberos de la ciudad de Neiva; la otra mitad por partes iguales, entre los municipios de Teruel, Iquira, Yaguará, Paico, Carnicerías, Suaza,Guadalipe y Acevedo, para sus acueductos. La suma que le corresponda a cada Municipio se entregará a una junta compuesta por el Cura párroco y el Personero y el Tesorero Municipal, en cada uno de ellos.
