Artículo primero. Las Intendencias y Comisarías contribuirán, anualmente, para atender a los gastos de embalaje, movilización y despacho de carga en Bogotá por el Agente Fiscal, y sostenimiento y conservación del vehículo para carga de propiedad de las Intendencias y Comisarias, con las siguientes sumas: Las Intendencias con mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500.00) Las Comisarias, con mil pesos ($ 1.000.00).
