La partida global de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($ 400.000) moneda corriente, apropiada en el Presupuesto Nacional vigente para gastos de funcionamiento de la Escuela Orfanato (Puerto Leguízamo), se distribuye así:

Educación elemental y alfabetización.

Subprograma 3.

Educación primaria general.

Actividad 2.

Asistencia y protección escolar.

Transferencias.

CAPITULO 702

Artículo 7101.

Contratos.

Ordinal 12.

Escuela Orfanato (Puerto Leguízamo).

Sueldos del personal de nómina en 12 meses.

Parágrafo

La suma de que trata el presente artículo será girada por conducto del Procurador General de los Territorios de Misiones.
