Art. 257. Las penas de pérdidas de cursos ó de expulsión temporal ó definitiva de la Escuela serán impuestas por la Junta Directiva, de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento; y de ello se dará cuenta al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
