º. Campo de aplicación. Las disposiciones contempladas en el presente decreto se aplicarán en el territorio nacional a todas las personas naturales y jurídicas de derecho público y privado, nacionales o extranjeras, sin distinción alguna que ejerzan la actividad de intermediación laboral.
