Cuando las tarifas de servicios públicos se determinen con fundamento en los avalúos catastrales, las escalas para dichas tarifas deberán reajustarse anualmente en los mismos porcentajes con que se reajusten los avalúos, de conformidad con el artículo 3º de este Decreto.
