º Por causa de utilidad pública se tomará el puente de San Cayetano construído sobre el río Vílleta, como parte integrante de la vía de Villeta á Agualarga por Sasaima; dicho puente será conservado en buen estado por cuenta del Gobierno, y se da al uso público sin gravamen alguno para el tráfico. El valor del citado puente se pagará al propietario por el Ministerio de Fomento, previo otorgamiento de la respectiva escritura pública; y en caso de no avenirse en el precio, se fijará éste por peritos.
