° Para ser Director General se requiere ser colombiano de nacimiento, ciudadano en ejercicio, mayor de treinta (30) años, poseer título universitario y haber desempeñado su profesión por un tiempo no menor de cinco (5) años. El cargo de Director General es incompatible con el desempeño de cualquier otro cargo público salvo las excepciones legales.
