º La tramitación para las adjudicaciones a cambio de títulos de baldíos será la misma establecida en la ley 97, con prescindencia de la inspección ocular, pudiéndose establecer en principio la calidad de baldío del terreno pedido en adjudicación, por medio de tres declaraciones testimoniales tomadas ante el juez del lugar.
