Los establecimientos de educación superior que en el momento de expedición del presente Decreto tengan personería jurídica pero carezcan de licencia de inciación de labores para alguno de sus programas deben solicitarla ante el ICFES durante un lapso no mayor de un año (12 meses). El cumplimiento de esta diligencia acarreará la cancelación de la personaría jurídica.
