Autorízase al Gobierno para que, en caso de declararse por el Ejecutivo la ciudad de la concesión del Ferrocarril de Puerto Wilches, celebre con los Concesionarios o sus representantes los arreglos necesarios sobre liquidación y prestaciones mutuas, de conformidad con lo previsto para tal evento en el respectivo contrato de concesión y acuerde los pagos consiguientes si a ello hubiere lugar.
