El {empleador} puede asegurar, íntegramente a su cargo, en una compañía de seguros, los riesgos por accidentes de trabajo y enfermedad profesional de sus trabajadores; pero en todo caso, el {empleador} es quien debe al trabajador o a sus beneficiarios las prestaciones que en este Capítulo se establecen.
