Si en cualquier mes del ejercicio el Director o Gerente estimare justificadamente que el total real de las entradas del año puede ser inferior al total real de los gastos y obligaciones contraídas que deban pagarse con cargo a tales recursos, pedirá a la Junta o Consejo Directivo que tome las medidas conducentes a reducir el programa de gastos o que se aplace la ejecución del total o parte de los gastos no indispensables para la buena marcha de la entidad.
